Wholesale/Retail Terms and Conditions

By using your wholesale/retail account, information from our website, or by using

information provided directly by Behr Pet Essentials, you represent that you have read and understand Behr Pet EssentialsTerms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. ResQ Organics may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice, by

updating this page. These terms were last updated on September 1st, 2019.

Definition: Wholesale/Retail Account is for purchase of product for sale directly to end-consumers. Use of your Wholesale/Retail Account to purchase and sell product for subsequent resale is prohibited. Please contact us for any additional or unique considerations.
Minimum order is 6 units of any products, or combination of products.
Pricing, product design and availability are subject to change without notice.
Agreement: Placement of your order indicates that you and your company agree to all terms and conditions
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express processed at the time of order. Orders typically ship within 2-4 days depending on size.
Termination: You or we may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason.

Wholesale/Retail Advertising Policy

ResQ Organics believes in being genuine, accessible, and transparent with our customers.

Fundamentally, we ask that our wholesale/retail partners believe the same and have two basic rules for guidelines; 1 – all advertising must be both truthful and accurate, and 2 – at no time should the general consumer mistake any of your advertising efforts as having come directly from Behr Pet Essentials. If there are any questions, we are always available to review any initiatives with you and provide feedback and approval prior to any campaigns or initiatives going live.

MSRP / MAP

Behr Pet Essentials provides MSRP/MAP (Minimum Suggested Retail Pricing / Minimum Advertised Pricing) guidelines for all products. MAP pricing is considered confidential, and no listings or advertisements should include any reference or inference to ‘MAP’ or ‘minimum advertised price.’ Behr Pet Essentials recognizes that retailers can make their own decisions to sell any Behr Pet Essentials products at the price of their choosing. Behr Pet Essentials also reserves the right to terminate any account with any retailer that advertises any product inconsistent with this policy.
